Publication standard
NAME THE CHANGE, ITS SCOPE, AND ITS LIMITATIONS.
A useful safety update should explain what changed, who it affects, what remains unresolved, and where the authoritative policy or implementation can be inspected.
- Use actual effective dates
- Link to the changed policy or code
- Correct material errors visibly

Verified updates will appear as Glyphic's public and collaborative systems develop. For now, the library holds the available guidance and clearly marked drafts.
