A U.S. copyright notice should identify the copyrighted work, locate the material on Glyphic, include reliable contact information, and contain the required good-faith, accuracy, authority, and signature statements.

Counter-notices
A person whose material was removed or disabled may submit a counter-notice identifying the material and stating, under penalty of perjury, that the action resulted from mistake or misidentification. Jurisdiction and service statements are also required.
After a valid counter-notice, U.S. law generally permits restoration after 10 to 14 business days unless the original claimant reports that court action has been filed.

Requests under other law
Canadian notices should identify the claimant and address, the protected work or right, where the material is located, the claimed infringement, and the relevant date and time. A Canadian notice must not demand payment or request personal information beyond what applicable law permits.

Private, manual review
